- With manual or automatic feeding systems.
- With the possibility of equipping from 2 circulars (1 fixed / + 1 mobile) to 11 circulars (1 fixed / + 10 mobiles), according to customer needs.
- We have continuous retesting lines to define the length of the boards according to quality criteria. In this type of lines, the trimmer has a fixed circular and several mobile ones that are positioned at certain lengths. The mode of operation of this type of line is based on the fact that the operator located in the trimmer machine defines the final length of the boards that are going to enter according to the quality criteria that have
been defined. To do this, each of the circulars has a laser that projects a line on the boards before it enters the trimmer, in this way, the operator can determine which is the circular that must cut each of the boards (all the circular ones, except for the first one, which is fixed, have a lifting/lowering system that allows them to be hidden and appear when the operator so determines). - The trimming machines for boards (MDF, particles etc…) are characterized by their large dimensions, being able to process boards of 2.5 m x 6 m.
